# render.ai presentation templates

The starting points render.ai offers for a new deck, and what a template actually is here.
The human-readable version of this page is at `/templates`. For how to drive render.ai from
an agent, read `/agents.md`; for what a generation costs, `/pricing.md`.

**A template on render.ai is a prompt, not a fixed layout.** Picking one fills in the
description of the deck you want; render.ai then writes the content and designs every slide
around it. Two people starting from the same template get different decks, because the
layout is generated rather than filled in.

That is the main way render.ai differs from template galleries that hand you a fixed set of
slides to overwrite. There is no grid of placeholder boxes to work around, and nothing to
delete before you start.

## Ready-made starting points

Each of these is a one-line prompt you can use as-is or edit before generating:

- **Fintech Startup Pitch Deck** — problem, solution, market size, business model, traction,
  team, and funding ask
- **Q4 Sales Performance Review** — revenue metrics, team achievements, top deals, and next
  quarter goals
- **Product Roadmap 2026** — quarterly milestones, feature launches, and strategic
  initiatives
- **Company Overview Deck** — mission, products, market position, team, and achievements
- **AI Technology Introduction** — an educational deck covering applications, benefits, and
  future implications

- **Market Traction Update** — quarterly growth, customer adoption, revenue trends, and the
milestones that show product market fit
- **Year in Review Highlights** — company milestones, revenue growth, customer wins, and the
  priorities for the year ahead
- **Demand Generation Diagnosis** — wasted spend, slow lead response, declining intent
signals, and the fixes to prioritise
- **Market Challenges Breakdown** — fragmented data, slow lead cycles, and limited pipeline
visibility, with the revenue impact of each
- **Target Persona Profile** — the ideal customer's goals, frustrations, buying triggers, and
  the messaging that lands
- **Growth by Design** — quarterly performance, the design and brand work behind it, and
  where to invest next
- **From Data to Decisions** — revenue growth, quarterly results, and the actions each metric
  should trigger
- **Design Focus Review** — collaboration workflow, market traction, quarterly progress, and
  the next design priorities
- **The ROI of Intelligence** — manual outreach, competitor tools, and an AI powered approach
compared on efficiency and time saved
- **Sales Pipeline Forecast** — pipeline by quarter and stage, forecast accuracy, risks, and
  the deals expected to close
- **Year to Date Performance** — revenue against target, the drivers behind growth, what
worked, and the plan for the remaining quarters
- **Path to Sustainable Profitability** — a three year revenue projection, margin
improvements, cost discipline, and the assumptions behind each
- **Projected Revenue Breakdown** — a multi year forecast, revenue mix by segment, growth
  drivers, and downside scenarios
- **The Ask and Allocation** — the total funding request, allocation across engineering,
sales, and operations, and the return expected from each

They are grouped as Pitch, Sales, Product, Marketing, Investor, and Education,
and the gallery at https://render.ai/templates can be filtered by those categories.

Several of them also appear as theme variants - the same deck in a pastel, lilac,
midnight, navy, dark, fresh, violet, or electric treatment - because the theme is
part of the prompt. Any of them can be restyled after generating.

## Writing your own instead

You do not need a template. Describing the deck in your own words works the same way, and is
usually better when the topic is specific to you. A useful prompt names the audience, the
sections you want, and anything that must appear — for example "a Q3 board update with
revenue, churn, hiring, and the two risks we flagged last quarter".

## What you get back

A complete, themed presentation, not a draft to finish by hand. Every slide is editable
afterwards, and the deck exports to PowerPoint, PDF, and Google Slides as real text boxes,
shapes, and images rather than pictures of slides.

Generating a presentation costs 40 credits on any plan, including the free one. See
`/pricing.md`.
